West Main Arts Festival Returns to Downtown Arlington on September 20

Arlington's beloved West Main Arts Festival is set to make a grand return on Saturday, September 20, transforming downtown into a bustling hub of creativity and culture.

From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, West Main Street between Front and Center streets will come alive with over 100 juried visual artists showcasing original paintings, ceramics, jewelry, photography, and mixed-media works.

Live entertainment will feature local singer-songwriters and tribute bands performing genres from blues and country to indie rock, while dance troupes and cultural ensembles add dynamic movement to the festivities.

A dedicated Kids’ Zone will offer hands-on crafts, face painting, and interactive art demonstrations, allowing young creators to craft their own masterpieces.

Food trucks and pop-up eateries will line the route, offering global flavors such as BBQ sliders, gourmet tacos, and artisanal ice cream.

Local breweries and coffee carts will keep visitors refreshed, and a VIP lounge with shaded seating and complimentary snacks will be available by reservation for a small fee.

Presented by the City of Arlington in partnership with the Arlington Arts Alliance and downtown business sponsors, the festival supports arts education programs through a portion of booth fees and on-site fundraising.
