Pre-register Now for Arlington’s 2025 Aging Well Expo

Howdy, partners!

Get ready to saddle up for Arlington's annual Aging Well Expo, where you can discover essential tips and information to live your best life in The American Dream City.

This one-day event is tailored for adults aged 21 and up and is completely free, thanks to the City of Arlington and numerous community sponsors.

With approximately 100 vendors, engaging fitness demonstrations, and complimentary health screenings, there's something for everyone.

Pre-registration

Yee-haw! Pre-registration is now open for the event, scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at the Esports Stadium Arlington, located at 1200 Ballpark Way.

This year's theme is western, so feel free to don your favorite hat, boots, or other western attire.

Aging Well Expo Pre-Registration

Participants can choose between two sessions: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or noon to 2 p.m.

Both sessions offer the same enriching experience.

An accessibility hour is available from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. for those using wheelchairs or walkers.

Complimentary Lunch

Attendees who pre-register by 5 p.m. on September 25 will receive a complimentary grab-and-go boxed lunch during both sessions.

The lunch includes a choice of ham, chicken salad, or veggie wrap, a cookie, and a water bottle.

Complimentary water and coffee will also be available.

Please note that due to space limitations, seating for dining is not available.

Parking and Transportation

Parking is free, with golf carts available to assist those with mobility issues from the parking lot to the venue.

Book a ride with Arlington's On-Demand rideshare service and receive a free round-trip to and from the Expo by entering the code agingwell2025 in the Arlington Transportation app or when booking by phone at 817-784-7382.

This code is valid for trips to and from the event.
